AMKI Cafe - Seberang Takir — Restaurant in Terengganu

Today, it was meant to be my parents anniversary. We ordered a 2 salted egg seafood pasta, but then, the order was turned down because they said salted egg was out of stock. He. Lied. After that, we had found out one of my parents friend table who came after us ordered the same thing, but had received it.

All of that happen just because I requested the salted egg seafood pasta to be changed to chicken, because i am allergic to seafood. It was alright if you turned down my menu, but you also turned down my moms order that was in the menu for what? It was obvious the waiter wasn't trained well. For the management team, please train your waiters better and do not lie to the customer, we came afar just to eat your specialty, but was quickly found dissapointed with what happened.

This is for management team to take note, cause you might lose your loyal customer because of this.

Makanan sangat sedap. Cuma kami datang group yang besar hari Jumaat. Dah call kedai muat ke untuk seat a group of 20 & kalau boleh nak reserved tempat, tapi kedai kata tak boleh reserve, kena datang terus sebab weekend, so ok la, kita datang terus sana & cop tempat (2 meja besar) + dah inform staff yang kami menunggu kawan-2 yang lain dalam 17 orang lagi. Staff refused untuk tolong reserve & minta kami duduk dekat both tables untuk cop both tables & mereka pun tolong prepare kerusi untuk cukupkan seat kami. So, ok lah. As long as ada table & cukup kerusinya.

Tapi baru kita terleka kejap, camtu je staff bagi table kita tadi kat customer lain. Hangin jugak la kita ni sebab kita ni tengah mengumpul order & staff situ pun dah maklum yang kami ni ramai. Kalau tak kerana kawan-2 tu dah nak sampai, kita ok je nak keluar cari kedai lain since kat sini tak boleh nak accommodate kami. Dah tak pasal-2 saya pulak yang halau customer awak pergi table lain when you could've said the table was reserved since you obviously TAHU kami duduk situ 🥴 Kan dah jadi unprofessional tak pasal-2.

Hopefully boleh jadikan ni sebagai constructive criticism untuk improve service sebab makanan sangat sedap. Our whole group semua agree makanan kat sini sedap. Cuma experience pasal table tu je...
