accidentally came here after three cafes i wanted to go to closed without prior notice (it was agong holiday)
let me tell you â IM SHOOK. the food??? all solid chefs kiss.
the first food to arrive was carbonara spaghetti. i was skeptical at first since the presentation was so-so. but i was mind blown by the taste. creamy, salty and cheese-y. 8.5/10 for this pasta. just slightly sweet to my liking.
then ikan keli salai masak lemak cili api with ulam & nasi putih. so so good too. when i first entered the cafe, everyone was eating their masakan melayu dish. so i bet itâs good and it really is good. a solid 9.
third one was chicken chop. thought itâs just a silly chicken chop with crumbs but they proved me wrong again. haha so good yeee. the crumb was crispy and airy bit, and meat was juicy. hua how come is everything so good??? 8/10.
last dish was nasi goreng daging salai. SOOO SMOKEYYYY. makan tu memang dapat rasa smokey dia and meat was tender as well. sambal pun sedap. 9/10.
drinks however, the ice lemon tea particularly â very disappointing huhu. instead of real lemon juice, they used the bottled lime (the famous one from thailand) sebab rasa pedih dekat tekak and rasa similar macam air limau kedai kedai makan siam guna.
but overall, im satisfied. i wanted to try their beef sandwich tapi sold out on the day i went there. will definitely visit again if ada...

Mushroom soup (rm10, even without roti sbb roti habis) was extremely salty, its inedible. So guess what we do? We put some mushroom soup in our pasta to balance out the taste. We HAD to become creative. Smoked beef french fries was also meh. The so-called smoke beef, tasted just like some marinara sauce with extra saltt, with some smoky taste. The second picture was our âafterâ photo. Meme tok habisss. Air matcha 6/10. Ice...

Daging salai was good, it still has that chewy texture to it. Price wise, it is a bit on the pricey side and I guess you can get the same food for far less money in Besut.
Atmosphere was great, air-conditioned and very relaxing. Very clean restaurant and staffs...
