Overrated, overpriced, bad service and food taste not backing up the high price tag on the menu

First thing first, the other guy is great at their service.. there’s just this one guy who serves our food to us that slammed our plates on the table while deliveour food. I don’t know about you guys but i consider that as rude. Even if you have a bad day, work is work and you need to be professional while working. F&B is a service career and if you can’t give good service then you shouldn’t be even in this genre of work.

Now let’s talk about the foods

Spaghetti carbonara- fail. It’s actually mushroom sauce and not even a slight hint of carbonara taste. The taste is okay but i wanted to eat carbonara not mushroom..

Spaghetti bolognese- kuah cair, tawar, rasa macam packaged sauce.

Chicken chop & beef steak- the black pepper sauce taste too sweet and only have a slight hint of black pepper taste. Baked beans cold even when they just arrived.. it’s in the name, “baked” beans you know.. maybe some people enjoy cold baked beans but i don’t.. especially for the price, i had high expectations for the foods here. The coleslaw have flavour but it doesn’t have enough kick to it.. the flavour is only like a hint on your tongue. The fries are too crispy, i don’t get me wrong i love crispy fries but i would expect the fries to be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. But the marination for the beef is good. That’s the only +1 that i can give

A place with good environment and great food. However, they got a rude waitress working there. Telling that they're not taking order yet like asking customers to leave. Ordered lamb chop and fried rice as written in the menu then she corrected me like 'nasi goreng?'. Why the menu is english in the 1st place? I just read what's written lol! Wanted to order ice neslo as i saw there are milo and Nescafe drink but she said it is not available. It's okay, i understand maybe it's hard to do price calculation. She also put the knife,fork and spoon like 'whatever' and left leaving them on the table. It should be put on tissue at least even not organized. Hope this will be fixed. The portion also fine.. Let’s be honest—I'm a repeat customer because the food is good (at least in KUALA BERANG level 🤣), but the customer service has never improved. Today, the entire upstairs area was reserved, but there was no sign downstairs indicating this. As a result, elderly people and children had to climb the stairs only to find out they had to turn back and wait. All of this while it was pouring rain outside! The staff didn’t even bother to explain or assist people outside, and it’s not like they were short-staffed. I really hope they provide proper training to their staff, not just for waiter duties, but also on how to actually handle customers.
