At Fauzi Nasi Kerabu in Gong Badak, our family had a delightful dining experience. This is just my honest review on the specific date. Before this , I have visited nasi kerabu fauzi in ladang. And I really like the taste and the sambal. Superb. Imagining all the franchises will serve the same taste, I brought my family here. The restaurant is just like standard restaurant, with good air ventilation as it is open air. However I am so disappointed with the food. I ordered nasi kerabu with grilled beef. The beef however , some still red 🥹 And the taste. Totally different from the one that I tasted before. I could say it is kind of tasteless. Just saltiness from budu and spicy from the sambal. That’s all. Nothing interesting. I can definitely get the same taste from nasi kerabu bungkus at the roadside stall for just rm4! My mom ordered pulut with shredded coconut. And guess what? The coconut is super salty! Like it is just coconut with the salt. She could not finish it. ( who could?)🫠🫠🫠. For me, if u are in f&b, u should always taste your food first.
