Ambience: so-so. Nice decor but that's about it, even the floor is of the typical cement. There's a strong smell of garbage here, making dining in very unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Waiting time: can be quite long. Up to 30 minutes from ordering.

Food: Fries is 'soggy' with oil and not crunchy at all. Nasi goreng chicken chop: nasi goreng portion is a lot but the chicken itself is so small as small as the palm of your hand. The nasi goreng is the bland kind of nasi goreng where there's only chopped carrot and corns and barely any taste at all. Only the gravy was fine, you can really taste the black pepper. NOT AT ALL WORTHY OF RM17. Nasi goreng ikan ayer (rm9) : came with a fried egg. Was expecting ikan ayer (tongkol) as in the lauk ikan ayer with the nasi goreng but no. The ikan was already mixed in with the nasi goreng. Taste is 3/5 Nasi goreng ayam cheese (rm15) (no picture available) : took the longest to arrive (about 30 mins). Thought it took so long because it was just cooked but the meal arrive not that warm, like room temperature. And the chicken is just drummet (NOT drumstick) and wing part, drizzled with cheese sauce. Was expecting the chicken to be at least like the chicken chop but instead you only get 2 SMALL PARTS OF CHICKEN.

Drinks: kinda okay. Came in the slim looking glass. Not a big fan but taste-wise it was ok. Float costs around rm4-5

Payment: Asked for a receipt but allegedly kononnya there was a problem with the receipt machine and we were charged rm66.90 altogether. (After leaving the restaurant) felt suspicious of the amount and calculated ourselves using the price on menus shown on this very own page and the total WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ONLY RM60.40. Can't even report because there's no proof....

Arrived around 9:45 AM, give or take 5 minutes, and placed our order before 10 AM, give or take 5 minutes. However, our food didn't arrive until 11:03 AM (Can refer photos), which we found to be excessively slow, possibly due to understaffing or an overflow of customers. Initially, I ordered Nasi Lemak Ayam Popcorn, but after 10 to 15 minutes, the server returned to inform us that only one serving was available, despite us ordering two. It's frustrating that it took so long for them to notify us about the shortage of Nasi Lemak. Additionally, I had to wait approximately 10 minutes to place a new order for Wet Wantan Noodle.

The food arrived cold, despite the lengthy wait.

In terms of taste, I would rate the food 3 out of 5, but deduct points for serving it cold.

As for the service, I would give it 1.5 out of 5 due to its sluggishness. We empathize the elderly customers that's coming with us for waiting such a long time.

I suggest improving the service system. I apologize if my feedback is harsh, but I wanted to share my honest...

The nasi goreng kambing in here used to be good and tasteful with lot of lamb and flavours, now it's just bland rice with bland taste and the keropok hard and lemau, lamb is not as much as before and not as tasty as before too, disappointed for wasting the money in here, the quality is really downgraded and become more poor day by day, it used to be good now it dropped so hard that even a guy in a wheelchair have to wake up and tell his deaf friend for the blind man to look...
