Hari tu ada pergi take away cake...beli 3 slices then request nk tulis HB...the staff cakap min 6 slices bru boleh bt letak ats plate with the rolling eyes...i just wanna buy 3 slices and request to write on the cake and the staff look at me with the annoying ways...come on secret recipe...that's how you train ur staff to entertain the customer???????and guess what???yes the staff write it but not ask me which one it should be write on...I've told the cashier which one should be to write on but yeahhh she just sit still...and most disappointed is the cake....i just ask to write "HB DADDY"..i can't even read that...come on...why you have to treat ur customer like that mehhh?????we were pay for that...i don't even mind if they add some extra charge as long i get what i request...so bad attitude even wear the button smilelah...it use to be the favorite place but not more...thank you for ruin my happy day dear...

quality of the foods quite poor. A little bit pricy based on the served foods. Pasta really needs serious improvement. Taste very poor even the customer sat next to us also didnt finish theirs. Seems not even touched. Caribbean fish fillet gravy too much water in it. Too plain, not served with lemon & tomatoes. Meat in Vietnamese beef noodles previously cut into small portion and easy to eat. But this time... The cut portion are TOO BIG!! Very inconvenient to eat... Need self service (i guessed not included in the service charge 🤣) to cut into smaller piece (yes..its inside the bowl...

Service was really bad. Date visited, 15/3/23. There was one guy at the counter and one woman at the espresso machine. The woman at the bar literally said “sabor jela” rolled her eyes when she had to clear our table. We came at 930pm and we can’t order any coffee. The guy who was at the counter was also not keen to serve us and told us to order fast just because they want to proceed...
