😕 Disappointed Visit – Burnt Food & Unfriendly Service, But Drinks Were Good

We drove from far just to try the chicken roll at Tealive Jerteh, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The chicken roll was burnt and had a bitter (pahit) taste, very different from what we’ve had at other Tealive outlets.

The staff were also not friendly, which made the experience less welcoming. A bit more warmth and politeness would really help.

On a positive note, the drinks were nice and met our expectations – consistent with other outlets. 👍

This is the second time my order got cancelled. After waiting for half an hour, suddenly my estimated delivery time from 15 minutes turn to 50 minutes. So i called. And their answer is that my order havent been received by them. While on my app my order status is received. And they say the only thing i can do is just wait until they receive the order. What? Do you expect me to wait for how many hours? And what if...

Fast service (depending )and friendly staff. If your going to buy, recommend to order on touch and go app and get rebates( if available ) and you can pay wirh your ewallet. After that you can collect your order there. Compared to going to the shop and buying it there or ordering through food panda for self pickup. (...
