I always purchase the food thru grab but they are always so damn slow with the services… took ages to accept the order in the Grab app.. need to wait another hour and half for the order to arrives. They need to train the staff to be more progressive and disciplined.. when we are dine in the staffs also very slow and not really responsive.. the chicken always inconsistent somehow its always crispy and good and somehow they are soggy… for the seasonal things like herb chicken its just lacks of seasoning… they are lazy to coated...
