OMG it was so nice to have something different for a change on the Island. We would just go to the buffet everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But our last 2 days our Butler had something planned for us. Nü for lunch was absolutely delicious. Some beautifully presented food that tasted amazing. My favorite meal ended up being the Prawns Cesar Salad. The flavor on it was absolutely amazing. I know the Cesar dressing made from scratch because I could just taste the anchovy in the dressing. It was amazing and the shrimp was pump and salted well.

The crab cake risotto was also delicious. It came out nice and hot. It would have been better to either have on big crab cake come out instead of 3 tiny bites but I can see maybe why they did it that way. They don't bread the crab cake much like in America. It's 100% crab cake so it probably would hold together as one big cake.

My husband loved the Yellowfin Steak. He got it medium cooked. I tasted it as well it and it was divine. The rice that came with it was seasoned with some butter and juniper berries. It was yummy in regards to choice of spice.

Desserts were nice. The tiramisu didn't really do anything for me. It was missing that coffee taste. But the raspberry cheesecake my husband got...

Our butler got us booked in NU restaurant for lunch, and that was just another level, one doesn't expect having such a high end meal in such a far away island, I would rate Chef Hassan as one of the best Chefs I have ever had food by( and we do like visiting high end restaurants in general) , but this culinary experience is just WOW!!!!, we had the baked lobster and prawn Cesar salad for the starters, both were perfectly executed, lobster was right on point, grilled taste with mediterranean spices that was a super fine meal, for main course I got the seafood platter and my wife the crab risotto, both dishes were perfect!!!!!!! Can't describe them enough, u may think u had seafood before but just not like this, big fulling meal that takes u places with every bite, seriously how this Chef didn't get a Michelin star yet??? the whole lunch experience at NU made our stay way above expectations, we would definitely come back just to have more dishes like this WORTH EVERY...

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Nu and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first bite, I knew this was going to be one of the most unforgettable culinary experiences of my life.
