Azzuro — Restaurant in South Nilandhe Atoll

During our recent vacation at Angsana Velaveru, we had the pleasure of dining at Azzurro Restaurant, and it was truly a highlight of our trip!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a delightful dining experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home.

The menu offered a delicious variety of Italian dishes, and everything we tried was exquisite. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the seafood was fresh and flavorful. Each meal was beautifully presented, showcasing the chef's attention to detail.

One of the standout aspects of our experience was the stunning view. Dining with the sunset over the ocean was truly magical, creating an unforgettable backdrop for our meals.

Overall, Azzurro Restaurant at Angsana Velaveru exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect spot to enjoy quality time with family while indulging in amazing food. We can't wait to return on our next visit! Highly recommended!

The only positive about this restuarant were the spectualar views. We had to make a reservation a day before for dinner and upon arriving there were only 2 people dining in the entire restuarant.

The servers could definatley improve there communication skills since we could see he was having trouble explaining questions regarding the menu.

As per the taste; food was decent but overpriced for the quality recieved but it's Maldives after all so that's expected.

I guess it's worth a try once while staying at the resort to change up your dinner buffet routine, but definately enjoy the views...

A perfect fine dine restaurant at the Angsana Velararu located at their Ocean villas site in Maldives. Staff at the restaurant were very friendly and their hospitality was quite outstanding, specially our attendant Totti took special care in serving us breakfast and our dinners. Restaurant Chef Mr Basnayaka took personal care to serve our kids Indian meal on our special request which was not part of the menu.
