Bar Native — Restaurant in Saint Julian's

Edit: when the third waiter asked if everything was alright and I told him about the issue with the size of the drink he changed it without charging more. Even the manager (I suppose) before paying he asked me about my issue, it was a good surprise that the reviews are actually read. I will add the photo of the second drinks and the Piña Colada other tables asked.

I was a regular customer until now. I asked as always my White Eagle and it was almost empty. I know I came in happy hour but in two sips it is already finished. Other times were more full. I told one waitress and waiter that it was more empty than full (like they tend to serve) and answered ok! And told the bartender and the three of them laughed. You can see the bartender in the back, depending on the drinks asked she will put in more or less drinks. The food took a lot of time to arrive and not much quantity.

We sat outside in front of the bar, 15 minutes later after several times trying to get the attention of different waiters they decided to take our order.

The music is too loud that you have to shout in order to try to be heard.

I know that prices are going up but the service was lacking as the drinks...

At first, everything seemed promising — the service staff was friendly, and both drinks and food were served promptly. However, the positive experience ended once the food arrived. The quality of the food does not justify the pricing. The “chicken” in both the tenders and the crispy chicken wrap was not chicken breast, but rather mechanically separated, highly processed meat — among the lowest quality I have ever encountered. Furthermore, the “cocktails” were essentially just juice, with little to no trace of alcohol. Toilets are also a place to avoid, dirty, stinking and in bad conditions. My friends and I came to this bar on Thursday night and ordered 3 beers but the waitress charged me twice (€40 in total). I realised the next day and went back to get the money refunded. I showed the waitress the transaction on my phone as proof but she told us a refund was not possible but to wait for her manager. I tried to explain that I didn’t even need a refund but instead could we just have the beers we payed for the night before. She said no which was surprising as it seemed like an easy solution to the problem. We waited 20 minutes to speak to a manager but eventually gave up because it was clear the staff didn’t care and were just waiting for us to leave.
