Disappointing Experience with Shift Manager Abhishakh at Burger King St. Julian

I regret to inform you about my recent visit to Burger King St. Julian, where I encountered an extremely unpleasant experience with Shift Manager Abhishakh. His behaviour was shockingly rude and unprofessional.

From the moment I approached the counter, Abhishakh's demeanour was far from welcoming. He displayed a complete lack of courtesy and failed to address my concerns in a respectful manner. It was evident that he was disinterested in providing quality customer service.

I found his communication skills to be severely lacking, as he was not only unhelpful but also dismissive of my inquiries. This level of service is not what one should expect from a reputable establishment like Burger King.

This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I am deeply disappointed in the treatment I received from Shift Manager Abhishakh. I hope that the management at Burger King takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate action to ensure that future customers do not have to endure such subpar...

The worst servie in my life, I went to eat an small burger, the shop was very quiet, so they can't say that there were to busy to take care of the customers, I ordered a burger with ships and when I realised the ships were with cockrochs, when I went to speak with the manager on duty, she didn't take care of the situation, at the end, I left the ships and the food because of the troubles that we had. The security guy threw my mobile on the floor when I spoke to the manager, when I went to speak about the situation, they just try to skip and hide the clues of the moment. I will scale the situation to the health minister deparment, they are a food brand and they can't hide these kind of situations.

And that security the worst thing that they could here, no respect, no moral, no Modals, like an animal. A really disaster.

This was the most disgusting Burger King I have ever been in. The bathroom was simply horrid, no soap couldn't close the door. Not cleaned properly. The ice cubes had sume fuzz in them. I ordered a double bacon cheese whopper and it had no bacon in it. When I took it back, the supervisor grabbed it with his unwashed bare hands (he was writing beforehand) and gave it to one of the workers who grabbed it again and gave it to a colleague who grabbed it once more and finally they've put the bacon on the same whopper and gave it back to me. It was disgusting and I can only hope that atleast the workers are washing their hands but if they clean themselves like they clean the place there is no chance. It's a health risk, I do not...
