Dear Customer Relations Manager: There were only 3 tables occupied including us! The restaurant was almost empty! I'm afraid you were wrongly informed. On the other hand, the pizza looked soggy in oil, so the chef knew what he plated. There was no need to taste it. It is probable that the pizza was ready much before the pasta so they reheated it and added oil. The waiter excused himself 3 times before serving the food. Even IF the restaurant was busy, it's not an excuse to serve bad quality food.

The nuts in the sauce gave a nice consistency. I wish there were more vegetables in it, but I know that vegetables are not everyone's favorite in the pasta, so I have nothing bad to say😁 Overall the service was just fabulous. Linson suggested a wine since I was not sure what I wanted, and it was just pinpoint. It was a Sicilian red wine, a bit tingling at the start, very flavorful and long-lasting dry fruity taste after. I ordered one of their signature pasta dishes with meatballs, and the pasta was like a thick spaghetti but was underdone, so it was dry and hard in the middle. I let them know and they kindly made another. Although the waitor didn't seem to understand that pasta being hard was bad and asked if I wanted it overdone instead... It took another 15-20 minutes and it was much softer this time but still hard in the middle. On the brighter side, my boyfriend's pizza was lovely! They offered free drinks in apologies, very kind and appreciated but think they would benefit from chefs that check their food before...
