Originally, we had planned to reserve a table here on Christmas Eve, as the reviews were outstanding, and the restaurant was conveniently located near our hotel. We attempted to make contact over a month in advance through email and phone calls but unfortunately received no response. Initially unimpressed, we opted for a different restaurant on Christmas Eve. However, disappointed by our experiences elsewhere, we decided to give El Majoliche another chance.

Onsite, we spontaneously reserved a table knowing the team was difficult to reach by phone. We secured a spot, noticing that the waiter had noted "Chinese" in my reservation. This became clear later when the table was arranged traditionally Chinese, proving extremely convenient as we were accompanied by older individuals.

The service was excellent, and the fresh appetizers impressed us. Fortunately, one of the waiters spoke German, leading to pleasant conversations and making ordering easier for some individuals. The food was outstanding; the taste of the seafood permeated the pasta entirely. The pasta was al dente, providing an authentic Italian culinary experience.

Interestingly, on the Google reviews, there is room and location mentioned instead of the dining experience and ambiente. Despite this, the restaurant deserves a 5/5 for both. Criticizing this restaurant is challenging. The only minor point could be that while the seafood was fresh, it wasn't directly caught. However, this was hardly noticeable, as the food was prepared astonishing.
