I have been to this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming 5 Star Award Winning Hilton Hotel once in February 2023. All of the Staff whom all work in Collaboration with each other at The Quarter-Deck Bar and Lounge in Malta all have Extremely lovely personalities themselves and they are all Exceptionally Lovely People themselves towards me all of the time. Quarter-Deck Bar and Lounge in Malta is known as a popular spot which has a terrace overlooking the Marina. The Bar Features jazz music, particularly on Thursday evenings and it is known for it's attentive service. The terrace offers breathtaking view's of the Portomaso Yacht Marina, making it an ideal spot to enjoy drinks and the Scenery. All of the Staff are praised for their attentiveness and friendly service enhancing the overall experience. The Bar offers platters and light snacks to compliment the drinks. The service we’ve got in this bar is way below what is expected on a 5 star hotel, especially when being a guest on it. Upon entering the bar, we’ve sat on the counter, without receiving any greetings or menu to look at. After getting the menu by ourselves, we’ve moved to another table that was freed and waited for service. 15min in, no service or clean up (even though we tried calling the staff and saw other tables getting menus or being service). I really loved the atmosphere at Quarterdeck, it’s cozy yet elegant and the interior is beautifully designed, which makes it a really nice place to sit and relax.

The drinks were not only tasty but also prepared with a lot of attention to detail, both in flavor and presentation.

It’s also great that kids are welcome, so you can easily enjoy a visit with the whole family. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable.
