You can either pre-book a table, especially if you're a large group, or you can just turn up and see if they have any spaces, which they usually do on a weekday night. It's closed on Tuesdays. If it's busy with no tables available, you wait in the queue outside but if there's space, they sit you down either outdoors or indoors. There's usually loud music playing from a CD and a TV screen inside playing something silently. They hand you the food and drinks menu on a card, and a dessert/pancake, which is on a whiteboard written in dry chalk. They give you some time to order but someone comes over if you give them a shout or they see your menus are closed. Drinks, they can get for you or you can just take them out of the fridge if it's a soft drink or water. Very friendly staff who like to joke around and are happy to accommodate your needs.
