We have arrived April, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. on a Saturday. One couple just has left so that we (2 people) have been the only guests in the Restaurant. The female owner, wearing dreadlocks, glasses and big silver earrings has served us. She came to our table and informed us that we can download the menu from the QR-CODE which is displayed on a bottle of oil. Then we have asked her for mixed mezze which is not displayed on the menu. No, it is not offered we got informed. So we have asked her. Instead of that she offered a tasting menue at a high price. To eat it it takes 2 hrs. But we close at 3:00 p.m. so it is too late. Then we ordered 2 two different mezze and we got asked : "usually you need order 3 different mezze " although it is not written on the menu. Finally we ordered two different mezze. " Is it enough?" She has asked us! In general the female owner and boss is speaking very fast which makes it difficult to understand her.
I ordered a lamb shank (27 €). We ordered also 1 big bottle of mineral water and a glass of white house wine from Spain. Wine by the glass is not listed on the menu or wine list! So you need to ask for it if you want it. Fast I got my glass of white wine from Spain which has had a good taste.
The female owner returned to her table and cared about her Business work using her notebook.
The result was that the ordered bottle of mineral water was not served and forgotten.
Although there were no other guests I needed to remind her after 10 minutes to serve it.
From the House we got 4 thin crispy slices of bread with 2 little portions of different dip.
Then we got served with our meals: lamb and 2 different mezze.
All was well prepared with good taste.
Now I wanted to order a second glass of wine while the female owner with her cook (partner?) was having Lunch at 1:30 p.m. sitting in the upper room and not caring about her or their guests. The female owner has informed her cook to serve me another glass of wine.
During our whole stay in this Restaurant we could listen to the Rock music and sometimes even to Hard Rock music! One example: The song " RADAR LOVE"! I join Rock live music concerts also but this can never and nowhere the background music in a Restaurant.
AMERICAN EXPRESS CARDS will not be accepted. I have paid with VISA-CARD.

Everything, from the flavors to the textures to the serving sizes, were all in balance, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We booked a 6 pm table for me, my husband, and our two children. I believe children are only allowed before 8 pm, which is fine with us, because as a family, we tend to eat dinner early. We ordered from the cold and hot mezze menus (two hummus dishes, the grape leaves, and the sambousek), and we selected the mixed grill dish to share. However, I was also relieved to see chicken nuggets and chips on the kids' menu, since our son is a very picky eater, and it just makes life a little easier for us to order typical "kid food" when dining out. Our hostess, one of the owners, was so helpful and kind, and she did a wonderful job explaining the dishes to us and recommending a good wine pairing. My favorite dish from the mezze menu was the sambousek. I wish I could have taken a few more orders home with me! They are the perfect serving size, and the filling is so beautifully seasoned that they are hard to stop eating. The mixed grill was just as delicious, and the moment it was brought to our table, the smell was literally mouth-watering. The flavors did not disappoint, and every piece of meat was cooked to perfection. Each kebab, filet, and chop was tender and seasoned well, and it was such a great experience layering the different sauces and combining the flavors. All-in-all, I am so happy we had a chance to stop here before we left. You can tell that the owners/chefs love what they do, and they enjoy creating a special and welcoming experience for their guests. There are tons of options for great food on this island, but I would highly recommend that you give this...

We were super lucky to snag a table for two on the same day, thanks to the gracious lady owner. 🍷 Starting with the wine - WOW. Their by-the-glass options were divine, featuring rich selections from Lebanon, Italy, and South Africa. 🥂🍇
Our culinary adventure kicked off with chicken livers in pomegranate sauce - a combo I’d never imagined, but Radko (who usually despises chicken livers) devoured them! 🍗 The pomegranate sauce and caramelized onions created a flavor party in our mouths. 🎉🤯 The contrast between the rich livers and the tangy, sweet sauce was nothing short of sensational.
Next, I enjoyed sundried tomato hummus with the most perfect pita bread, while Radko had melt-in-your-mouth beef cheeks with puree (which I couldn’t resist finishing). 🥙🍅🍞 The hummus was creamy and tangy, and the beef cheeks were so tender and flavorful! The puree was silky smooth and paired beautifully with the succulent beef.
To top it all off, we indulged in stuffed vine leaves with labne and pomegranate seeds - THE BEST I’ve ever had (sorry, grandma!). 🍇🍃 Each bite was a perfect blend of textures and flavors, with the creamy labne and the burst of freshness from the pomegranate seeds.
And the dessert? Pure perfection. Two scoops of MASTIHA ice cream on creamy nougat. 🍨✨ The mastiha flavor was unique and refreshing, perfectly complementing the rich nougat. It was the ideal end to an unforgettable meal.
Frankly, this is one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Every dish was a masterpiece, crafted with love and bursting...
