Wonderful place. Great ambience, great service, great food. Stele, our server was amazing. He was warm, friendly, funny & very kind. My husband couldn’t stop raving about how good service just elevates your experience & I couldn’t agree more. We ordered the parmigiana tortelli & the homemade gnocchi with breads. It was light, full of flavours & just about the best gnocchi I’ve ever had. The tortelli was delicious too & we licked our plates clean. The bread basket was fresh & the potato Mayo that it came with was great too. We ordered the creme brûlée for dessert & it was the perfect end to our evening. Stele wanted to get us some complimentary dessert wine (which the table next to ours just loved) but we politely declined. The warmth of the diners, staff & food was a welcoming embrace. 22/3/2022 Rossini is the only Place , I am willing to eat while I am visiting Malta, but unfortunately, I just discover few day before I am back to UK. I am very happy to discover this restaurant, as I think this is the place where you can find tasted and real fine food with the chic interior ambiance decorated with high taste. And art painting which exposed and creat by the talented staff ( his name Struli) are amazing. Me and husband was very satisfied with the service and hospitality of the chef and the staff. My boyfriend had his birhday this month and so for his birthday's dinner we were not sure where to go. We found this place by chance through the entertainer app and i must say that we were pleased that we found it. Everything was super perfect: the ambience, the food, the wine, the desserts and the service. Mostly the menu is homemade which is a super plus for us as usually we try to look for that. I highly recommend that you give this place a chance and do try it out. I am positive that you would not be disappointed.
