CFC St Paul's (Crispy Flavoured Chicken) — Restaurant in Saint Paul's Bay

We only had lunch here once. The chicken, was cooked fresh to order. However, whilst sitting waiting a good 20 minutes, the man who was working behind the counter, who I also believe was the manager, began coughing profusely. He coughed into his hand and handled food without washing and sanitising his hands. He also coughed behind the food counter, numerous times without covering his mouth. The food eventually came, crispy and freshly cooked, actually, it was tasty. I then returned to the counter for additional mayonnaise, which I would of happily paid for, if a charge had been requested. I didn't appreciate the managers attitude when giving me my additional order request, and told him, I then told him about the poor demonstrations of hygiene I had witnessed, due to him not knowing his responsibilities as a food handler. It’s a pity that CFC invests all the money in how the restaurant looks but none in their employees. I bought a salad and fould mouldy cheese in it. The cashier was not going to give me my money back and did not even apologize. Please and thank you do not even exist. We orderd on wolt 3 mini pancakes and 1 milkshake 2 ice cream and 2 profiteroles we spent a totally of 20 including delivery not only it was delayed for about 1hour 30 min they gave us a totally different order ice cream was wrong both of them the milkshake was wrong the pancakes where missing and they ended up refusing to refund us for the milkshake and ice cream and gave us 3 euro only for 1 pancake not...
