if you want to get ignored by your waiter and not listened to when ordering then this is the place for you.

I’m not usually one to complain but this experience was just not on. We got sat down and our drink order was taken but when doing so the waiter decided to get involved with another conversation and completely ignore what I was ordering. Fair enough, took our food menus without questioning and didn’t ask for our food order until we questioned it around 15 minutes later.

When ordering our food we also bought another round of drinks as it was happy hour. When they brought drinks out they completely messed up the order. I didn’t get my drinks till I asked where they were and then when looking at what I ordered the drink I received was completely wrong.

Food was honestly the highlight though. The flavours were top notch and very rich. I ordered the smoked salmon and pea risotto and It was just divine. The smokeyness of the salmon really hit the spot. The rest of the party were really happy with their meals too.

I definitely would recommend this place for the food and the atmosphere but the service was definitely not on. It might of been an off day but you’d think for an establishment that is so rated would have better service. I just weren’t impressed at all.
