If you are with a camper those are the prices in the date I write them, can’t guarantee for the future: 250 local currency is what you give / 2500 is what they tell you, it’s like this in the country, they speak in the old currency. This price is for person, it includes the vehicle, additional person equals additional 250.

The food portions: meat is generous little fries, but there’s enough meat, no worries you will not be hungry afterwards, same is for the fish portions, highly generous in what matters.

I’ve been sick after eating the chicken: BUT THIS DOES NOT IMPLY IT’S THEIR FAULT, maybe it was not well transported, the chicken was cooked by someone who knows his job (I’m in the food industry). If you don’t have a solid stomach ask for food a little more cooked (the chicken cooking was perfect, still tender, but maybe a little higher temperature for a few extra seconds would have been better for an European stomach.

I recommend this place, it’s basically on the beach, which is nice, 5 minutes walk from the fish market, everyone at this place is friendly.

And no, no one scams you, but I understand the feeling in Mauritania, in addition to the language barrier for many people.
