I typically wouldn’t take the time to review a fast-food restaurant, but this particular McDonald’s warrants serious attention. It is, without question, the most poorly run and unhygienic establishment I’ve ever encountered.
From the outset, there was a clear lack of professionalism—staff were openly distracted, many on their phones while working, and moving between the restrooms and food preparation areas without any regard for hygiene protocols. Shockingly, I observed a male staff member with his hand casually resting inside the back of his pants while on duty.
What was meant to be a quick meal turned into a 40-minute wait for a single order, during which I witnessed a string of unacceptable issues: numerous incorrect orders being handed out, missing items, and an overwhelming sense of disorganization. Unfortunately, I only began to observe these problems more closely after already waiting 15 minutes, hoping my food would arrive soon. When it finally did, I was so appalled by what I had seen that I chose not to eat it.

Read moreI ordered for a sandwich without mayo via drive-thru. Reminded the girl after order - she just screamed it out to her kitchen colleagues instead of putting it on the order. Reminded the girl again after payment. Still got a sandwich with mayo. When I told the staff that I told their colleagues twice about no mayo, they just looked at me. Order girl was saying that she told kitchen staff. Noone proposed to remake the sandwich. I just wiped the mayo and gave it to kitchen staff and showed them that when I wipe it off there is no lettuce left. Again no offer to add some more lettuce.
