It's wired, I believe the cheff is an authentic Japanese person but the taste of the food feels so unauthentic. At least I can speak just for my ramen experience there and tell you that meat is so dry and taste flavorless, and stock is lacking all the complexity get from a long term cooking. Ramen is usually not cheap here in MX, but because is really a unique dish and takes time and effort. This feels like a cheap version with a higher price. Can't say more. I want to believe other dishes are a different story.

La comida es sabrosa, lamentablemente... cosa que pedía del menú... cosa que ya no tenían. Una de las salsas de la mesa ya había caducado. No tienen makis en el menú pero curiosamente tienen kimchi y platillos con Kimchi (que es Coreano). El baño está limpio peeeero no tenía jabón ni algo para secar las manos. Muy amables de principio a fin.

El concepto está muy bien definido, el sabor y presentación son verdaderamente japoneses. La ambientación del lugar es urbana; encender el aire acondiciona les daría un punto extra. El tiempo de servicio es el necesario considerando que te preparan los alimentos al momento. El personal es muy amable y están pendientes de lo que requieras.

El concepto está muy bien definido, el sabor y presentación son verdaderamente japoneses. La ambientación del lugar es urbana; encender el aire acondiciona les daría un punto extra. La comida estaba muy deplorable para el costo, los takoyakis con un centavo de “pulpo” prácticamente estaban vacías, aguadas y extrañas. El calpis tibio, el ramen estaba “bien” y ya hasta ahí. El lugar estaba asquerosamente lleno de humo hasta ardía la garganta de estar ahí. Extremadamente caro para lo que fue la verdad. $150 - $280 por platos muy sencillos y que parecían hechos al aventon...
