Kapital Sushi Canteras — Restaurant in Aguascalientes

Nice Name for a restaurant which definitely does not serve Sushi or anything similar to that. Service and price was OK but if I visit a sushi-restaurant I expect REAL sushi but not the chef’s personal “interpretation” of SUSHI.

Some more seafood is on the menu also but didn’t had a chance to test.

Para ser de los sushis más conocidos y caros, está horrible. Ya habíamos comprado con anterioridad y estaba regular pero hoy compré un Banana Roll, un Shake Roll y me dieron un Yakimeshi por promoción. El Banana Roll en lugar de estar cubierto con las láminas de plátano como lo hacen en todos los restauramtes de sushi, solo le ponen unas rodajitas arriba y lo capean para freírlo, sabía mal por que usaron un plátano super inmaduro, estaba duro. El Shake Roll tenía el salmón por fuera pero en lugar de verse fresco de color rosa, se veía gris y tampoco tenía buen sabor; y ya ni les digo del yakimeshi, antes era mi favorito, pero ahora en lugar de usar el tallo del cebollín, usan cebolla picada lo que le da más sabor a cebolla que cualquier otra cosa; 2 rollos por casi 300, jamás volveremos a comprar.
