We've had enough! DO NOT WASTE your time coming to this location. This used to be our to go place because of the Wing Special on Wednesdays and I must admit since the start of the pandemic, it has completely gone down the drain...each experience much worse than the last. They increased the price of their food by $20 pesos, they only have two waiters assisting the ENTIRE restaurant with one of them assisting at the bar so really you only see ONE person, and not to mention if you need something as simple as napkins or additional dressings, unless you physically stand up and go ask for them yourself at the bar or front desk, you're not going to get them for at least 5-10 minutes. It doesn't stop there...The food went from them once serving it fresh and warm, to them now using OLD Food that was made the day prior or even OLDER! I worked in the food industry and know this very well. The Fries were hard and reheated, The Wings were hard as a rock, had no flavor but the dressing that's used to coat them in to disguise the age of the product. If they're going to increase the price, at least make it worth it! But THIS Ladies and Gentlemen, IS NOT. The management is just absolutely terrible. I literally felt bad for the waiters as you can see it in their faces just how HEAVILY OVERWHELMED they were, yet they were still displaying a great attitude as best as they could with so many people calling on them due to them needing something. With the price increase, at least have one more person out there! We didn't even get our temperature taken, given any sanitizer, nothing! People LEFT because it took so long for someone to come take their order. I always like to give places opportunities and see the positive side of things, and I honestly don't like writing negative reviews, but this was it. No more. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this location and please save your money and time. Go to the location in the Malecón. That one never fails with quality and customer...

Es tanta la demanda y el querer meter clientes a el negocio que no ponen atención en el servicio. Hice una reservación me dijeron que daban 15 minutos de tolerancia y que se respetaban hasta las 8:30 más los 15 de tolerancia 8:45 fui a villas porque mis amigos viven cerca de allá a mi me queda más cerca centro pero hice lo posible y llegué a las 8:33 ya no estaba disponible mi mesa y tenía que esperar en una lista con todo y cumpleañero parada esperando se desocupara otra mesa por fin nos dan mesa el mesero jamás hizo por tomar la orden los chavos de la barra viendo que nosotros haciamos señas con la mano para que alguien fuera los meseros de frente a ellos pues con cara de indiferencia jamás les dijeron que les hablábamos hasta que de plano tuvimos que levantarnos a tocar a una mesero al hombro y pedir nos tomarán la orden pedimos clamatos y una Miller la Miller caliente ordenamos alas y papas al rededor de hora hora y media y cuando por fin las llevan las alas frías como si hubieran estado en el refrigerador de esas que dices osea todo este tiempo las alas estaban listas y ellos dejando que se enfriaran ... Fatal me dio pena llevar al cumpleañero ahí y como consejo si no pueden con tantos comensales reduzcan mesas para que brinden un...

Had to ask for our table to be cleaned of crumbs. Took a while before being served and only one other table had guests. Fries were good. Hawaiian Hamburger was ok. Cheese sticks good. Definitely pub type food. Thought there'd be a large variety of beers considering it's name but they had no dark beers. Their answer Indio. Margherita was weak and blended. Not the usual...
