Not greasy, at all, very tasty, enough salt, just perfect. The crunchiness of the Chicharron is outstanding, my order never got soggy or fatty, even thou I am a slow eater. Had a Quarter, $125ps, comes with half a dozen fresh corn tortillas, salsa bar. You can watch the Girls in the back making Salsa from scratch early on and throughout the day. Limes were freshly cut. I went early 08:20, by 09:00 it was getting full. Fast, friendly service. Clean! The Manager comes over to make sure clients are satisfied. They deliver. These people are efficient, very fast and they sell a lot so everything is being made all the time, saw a lot of people standing outside for “to go” orders, recipe for freshness and deliciousness. Classic good, tasty, clean Carnitas. I brought home my leftovers and they bagged extra salsas and guacamole for me. This is one of the most Authentic Taco stands I've ever been too..! A road stand family owned business and a locals favorite. 100% pork and everything bit of delightful and delishish. Oh.. The salsas is another delight... My mouth is drooling writing this up.
