Quick, cheap, authentic and YUMMY breakfast with friendly staff who were patient with my bad attempt at speaking Spanish. La Parcelita was strongly recommended to me by a beer tender in the US who had lived in La Paz. This is just our favorite kind of gem when traveling - looks like a nondescript hole in the wall but actually is a legit piece of real Mexico. They had customers nonstop but we were the only gringos for the 30 or so minutes we were there and we enjoyed that fact thoroughly.
