Restaurante Humadera delicious authentic Mexico bbq. As soon as we walked up all we could do was smell the flavors. Not sure what to order Ada (the owner and most sweetest and hospitable person) suggested the platter of 1/2 pollo, 1/2 asada, 1/4 chorizo and 1/2 Costello. While we waited she even took our photos for us. The FOOD came out and man o man heavenly smells and we were ready to chow down.
You get mac salad, fries, tortillas, salsas the works before your food arrives.
The chorizo has good flavors cooked perfectly. The asada well seasoned and juicy. The chicken moist, delicious, so much flavor. Now the Ribs are to die for. Cooked to perfection, amazing flavors, got Mango habanero and Bbq Tamarindo sauce on the side, sooo good. Came back again 2 days later to eat more ribs. The food here is really authentic and Ada is attentive to your needs, makes you feel like you’re right at home having a family dinner. The chocolate flan dessert was nice and fluffy

Best Mexican BBQ ever!!!! The food here is absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for some super authentic Mexican food this is the place. Everything is handmade including the tortillas.
It’s so fun to get to see the meat being bbq right there in front. Plus the smell is mouth watering.
It does take a bit of time between ordering and receiving your food but it’s because everything is super fresh, made to order, and handmade. I promise the wait is worth it.
Anytime we are even kind of nearby we have to eat here. The chicken, ribs, pasta salad, and French fries is our go to order we cannot go without.
Only downside is they don’t serve alcohol. You can always bring a drink...

What a lovely restaurant. The room is beautiful- gorgeously decorated with colourful walls, comfortable chairs and lovely plates. The restaurant is family run and the mamma bear who greeted and served us could not have been more friendly, kind and hospitable. The food was FABULOUS. The ribs were my fave, but my husband liked the chorizo, my mom the chicken, my dad the steak. So get it all. It comes with fab salsas, toppings and tortillas. I can’t wait to return.
