Wifi here was great (especially for the location). The service was excellent. The barista was very friendly and the prices were great. The bathrooms were very clean. The atmosphere was pretty calm and quiet considering it's in the busy and bustling part of Otay area. My only suggestion would be to see what they can do about insects, I had what I think were mosquitos bugging me a few times while I was relaxing and sipping my coffee there. Maybe fruit flies cause there is lots of markets nearby but I felt like they were biting me. Weird, I know. But I wouldn't let it stop me from...

Es muy buena la marca, muy conocida muy bonito el lugar, pero desafortunadamente el trato no es del todo bueno, llame a las 6am me dicen que el servicio a domicilio empieza a las 7 que marcará más tarde (osea ni me ofreció la oportunidad de que tomara mi orden), marque a las 715am estoy a 1km de lejos, pedí varios cafés, me comentan que demoran 45 o 50 min en llegar, acepto, 827am no llegan, llamo para ver que onda NO contestan... 840 llego mi pedido, le comente que porque tan tarde y me dijo que el me dijo que eran 45 min y le dije si pero por un café (no refiriéndome a la cantidad, sino a la demora) y me dice "son cuatro, no uno!"
