Chuvak Sushi — Restaurant in Baja California

The truth is that I loved the place. the establishment may have been small, but it did not countered the quality of the service and the flavor they provided, we arrived at the place and they greeted kindly to us offering the food menu, along with the mention of some promotions on teriyaki and a sushi roll. Once we decided what to order, they directed us to the register and took our order, everything was very good, we didn't pay at that moment, we paid as we ate (excellent aspect). We waited for them to give us our dishes, we saw the preparation process in front of us, it was entertaining and cool. We ordered 4 dishes and they took very little time :D. Before eating I thought “When I finish my dish, I’ll have been very satisfied” and said and done, I was very satisfied when I finished, the portions were excellent. I liked the food but more the chicken teriyaki because the rice was too delicious and had a sauce that tasted really good. Another thing that I liked about the restaurant was the service because all the time the chef asked if we needed something or if we needed something to drink. The food was great, I thought it was going to be a little bit bad but it was actually great. I ordered a mar y tierra roll and I changed the shrimp to more chicken because i don't like shrimp. The rolls in general have a great size but I think some people must order two different dishes to be completely full.
