Delicious!... Colibrí has quickly become one of me and my fiancée’s top breakfast spots in TJ. The ambiance inside is beautiful and the food is simply amazing. The food comes gorgeously prepared and the taste is on point! Would definitely recommend coming to try the food and enjoy the ambiance.

Only "downside" is parking is limited, but you leave your keys with the parking attendant and he will get your car once you are done. This is pretty par for the course with popular food spots out here.

Update: we decided to come and try their non-breakfast menu. I got the chicken breast with chipotle sauce and she got the Caesar salad. The salad was on point and my chicken was good. I’d say the chipotle was definitely more runny (watery) than I’m used to but the flavor was good. Glad we got the opportunity to explore more...

My favorite place to go❤ I can't count how many times we had visited this place but its my favorite !! We got here when it had barley opened and ever since we loved it .. It is worth the 💰money! We had brought many people here and we continue to invite and let people know about its wonderful service and food! Always delicious! We love the shrimp omelet and coffee ! El servicio es lento. Fuimos cuando apenas abrió y estaba bastante lleno. Pedimos French toast y chilaquiles. Los chilaquiles estaban buenos pero el French toast dejaba mucho que desear.

Le quisimos dar una segunda oportunidad, esta vez fuimos a cenar. Estaba prácticamente vacío menos dos mesas y la nuestra. Pedimos el plato mexicano, el filete de pescado empanizado y un liquidado de papaya. Solicitamos que no usaran azúcar en el liquidado y endulzarlo con miel. El mesero parecía muy confundido y nos trajo un licuado y aparte una jarrita de miel. El arroz estaba seco en el plato mexicano. Con el filete solicitamos que en lugar de frijol refrito nos dieran frijoles de la olla. Cuando me llego el plato fue una decepción. El mesero no tomo nota de la solicitud y me trajo frijoles refrito. El empanizado estaba ligeramente quemado y desabrido. Me dieron dos piezas de filete pero estaban delgados y era más pan molido que carne. La ensalada estaba empapada de aderezo. Fue mi culpa no pedir el aderezo por separado. Me remplazaron la ensalada pero no estaba fresca. Algunos pedazos de lechuga estaban ya echados a perder y la segunda ensalada era solamente lechuga sin los acompañantes de la anterior que tenía zanahoria y nueces. Tuve que solicitar Limón aparte.
