El Pan Nuestro OTAY — Restaurant in Baja California

Good food but I watched them turn away two different groups of people around 4:20-4:30pm. Around 4:45pm a uber eats driver picked up food… I get it as I work in the industry, but service can really make or break a place. Also, I wasn’t finished with my food and they asked how I would be paying, we were in there for like 35 minutes. It’s not a surprise why this place seems like it’s always empty. Okay we've been waiting to eat here for awhile just never had a chance to really sit down and eat there. The place is clean and has a great atmosphere the service was also great the waitress was courteous and the menu was great for breakfast or brunch they close rather early for dinner. Unfortunately i didn't take my meal there. I asked for wifi because i like to work with my breakfast, but they didn't have that service. Then i asked for a glass of water because i was really thirsty, but they only have bottle of water to sell.
