Overall amazing experience. We had a breakfast brunch which they were very flexible about. The meat and fish options are plenty and they seem to focus on the quality of the product. This is as farm to table as it gets. They avoid preservatives and unnecessary additives which is great. They have a beautiful garden in the back which is where they source their vegetables from. The service was great, always nice when the chef comes out to introduce himself. We did come in during a slower time which was nice. They have an amazing cafe de la olla, serves as a great pick me up in the middle of the day.
It is definitely a little bit out of the way but it is well worth the drive. They would benefit from having alternative milk options. Apart from that the only other negative would be that the view isn’t breathtaking like some other restaurants in the valley have.

Edith was our host all night and was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the food and gave great recommendations. The food was great, we tried the pork belly appetizer, the ricotta ravioli, and the arrachera. A lot of the ingredients were fresh from their vegetable patch! We accompanied our dish with wine and mineral lemonade with berries which was refreshing. And don’t get me started on the WARM bread with butter! The price of the menu items were fair and attainable compared to other restaurants in the area. We do not regret picking this place for dinner, we got the parrillada, the salsa with tuetano and the ceviche zirandaro, everything was delicious and the best of all the veggies in the salad the ceviche and the salsa are grown right outside the restaurant, it's really farm to table. The cocktails were great too. The service from the staff was 100% the Chef came out to introduce himself and gave us a quick intro about the place and afterwards gave us a tour of the garden and even gave us some stuff to take home with us, really a great experience, we'll definitely...
