They have you hurry up and order and they ask you to go forward and move back and then they tell you to wait on the side of the building for your oder they will bring it out in 6 min and had us waiting 15 min had to walk in and the order was just sitting there. El día de ayer por la mañana , pasé por el drive-thru y no llevaba ni 10 segundos viendo el menú y la muchacha súper grosera empezó a preguntarme que qué era mi orden, le respondí que me diera un segundo, a lo que me respondió ¿ya?, que si quería ver el menú me baja a verlo por la parte de adentro, le dije que no, que me quedaría aquí para ordenar y me apuraba cuando repito, no llevaba ni un minuto ahí, diciéndome que tenía tiempo ella para atenderme, le dije que sinceramente qué actitud tan grosera tenía, el subgerente me volvió a tomar la orden en la ventanilla y solo me decía que una disculpa, qué LÁSTIMA, que tengan tan pésimo servicio, deberían monitorear más a su personal, pues solo habían 2 muchachas y el muchacho “subgerente” que no resolvió nada. No dure ni 2 minutos cuando ya estaban con sus pésimas actitudes, y no tenían ni clientes, ni más carros, ni nada. Ojalá que verifiquen...
