La Cabaña — Restaurant in Baja California

Just a few minutes above Cetys you will find a small restaurant with Mexican traditional food, with a good homestyle taste and delicious aguas frescas to drink.

Before, by the time I arrive to the restaurant, i will have seen the place on google, and it looks very comfortable, a significant point in the service, I thought service must be good.

When I arrived I was like 6 minutes just standing on the entrance waiting for someone to attend me on the cash but nobody came so I approached to the little kitchen at the entrance for certain dishes and asked how to order, she told that I need to pass at the real cash behind a small wall, that confuse me but not a big deal. Then I ordered my food and I choose the burritos with horchata water, it cost me 190 pesos and 40 more for the water, a regular price so the total was 230 pesos.

The complete order of burritos came with 2 steak burritos of a good sice, beans and totopos, includes a fresh salad, more deep on the service, I think it's good except for the part that nobody receives you or tell you the cash is on other part, I only waited like 7 minutes to receive my order. The place seems very clean and space between tables is considerable, it follows that Mexican homestyle and makes you feel comfortable. I like when the people who receive and give money are apart from the kitchen. You can find the place in El Lago, Tijuana, B.C., five minutes from Cetys.

I paid about $30 US dollars. For 2 tortas combo and a kids chicken nuggets meal. And a side of onion rings, the tortas tasted plain. No flavor AT ALL. The tortas were rated #1 best selling item.
