The outdoor play area is so great. I wish my kids were still small - they would love it!! The inside of the restaurant is charming with a downhome western feel. The waiters and waitresses were all very attentive and kind, even with our limited Spanish. The food was good, too. I was very happy with my chimichangas which comes with a small salad that has a queso fresco that seemed homemade. My husband’s enchiladas were delicious, especially the salsa verde. Cool rustic place to take pictures. Very kid friendly. There’s a small kid friendly train that runs around the seating area. Food is good. Customer service was nice but our waiter was slow. I saw our waiter give a couple priority, and got served before us even though they got there later than us. There’s about 1+ hour of wait time to get seated. While you wait, there’s a small tree house you can check out. With such a small parking lot, there is a 10 minute wait to find a spot. Expect long waits on Sunday 1hour+ It would be perfect if you could at least order drinks while you wait outside, pretty cool ambiance. My dish was perfect I ordered a Carne Asada Omelet and upgraded to chilaquiles as a side. It was delicious. However my niece ordered Pozole and it seemed watered down, changed it for a Menudo and also was watered down, bland and flavorless.
