If you’re looking for an authentic taste of Mexico, this is the place. This hidden gem in Rosarito, Baja California, offers not only rich, traditional Mexican food made with love and local ingredients, but also cozy cabins where you can live a true cultural experience.
From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with warm smiles, amazing decoration, and the comforting aroma of freshly brewed Mexican coffee and homemade dishes. You can enjoy delicious chilaquiles, homemade tortillas, café de olla, tender borrego, and flavorful quail (codorniz)—every bite is full of tradition and flavor.
The cabins are peaceful, surrounded by nature, and decorated with rustic Mexican charm—offering the perfect escape to relax, breathe, and reconnect. It feels like staying in a traditional village, with all the comfort you need.
One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent massage at the spa—truly relaxing and professional. It added the perfect touch to an already unforgettable experience.
During your stay, you can explore the local beaches, enjoy the art scene, try surfing, visit the nearby wine route in Valle de Guadalupe, or taste fresh seafood from the Pacific coast. There’s something for everyone.
This is more than just a place to eat or sleep—it’s a place to feel Mexico.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy real Mexican food, relax deeply, connect with Baja culture, and fall in love with the true...
Read moreOh my God what can I say about this place it is absolutely gorgeous. It's interesting because we got the chance to speak with the manager and they apparently aren't finish completely opening but they are getting booked over the weekends because it is such a wonderful experience to be there so close to the valley you get of the view of the ocean and the coffee that you get in the mornings is fantastic but other great thing is that it's not only suitable for having breakfast they also serve tender cuts of different meats and you bet you will get the quality and cuisine of Rosarito. Oh my God even the restrooms have a fantastic view so you're going to be well-rested when you visit them because they're also very clean. They grow their own tomatoes and grapes to and it's awesome because they promote a lot of local businesses and their sustainability motto is what makes them a great place. This is a 5 of five star experience for me. Be wary though even though the place is able to receive about 2/200 people you bet it's going to get very busy on the weekends so take...
Read moreHonestly I was excited to go because the scenery looked and is amazing yet the food is terrible. I ordered the taquitos as appetizers and no taste it seemed the meat was reheated from the day before. The enchiladas zero flavor. I also requested Carme asada vs. Panela or chicken and that was not able to happen. The customer, me was willing to pay any up charge for the meat yet nope because is NOT on the menu. I’m glad I decided to get a starter plate and shared with my husband. I spent $53 U.S dollars, the fee is not the problem is the under delivery in value. Some business ask why people stop showing up and the answers are right in front of their faces. As I finished I walked for a bit enjoying the scenery which is beautiful but never again will I go. After leaving I ended up at tacos El Yaqui now with only $13.00 for two I was pleased and...
