One of Best & few places family owned (a hole in the wall) to eat in Mexicali,the best gourmet hot dogs,they had a variety of different tops from : sautee buttery mushrooms,onions,tomatoes,bacon,chili beans, huge baked potatoes with butter& sweet cream is the main ingredient from delicious different toppings to choose: Rajas,corn & roasted & smoked green chilli (one of our favorite!)Carne Asada,the most popular!, Italian, Natural, Oriental(Jicama, carrot,cilantro, butter & Cream) and one of the best fried beef & potatoes tacos dorados in the area,also they offer chimichangas,machaca tacos,nachos, 2 fresh type of Aguas fresca everyday.Not your typical seat restaurant, in a home setting converted patio from home owners.Big crowd,busy opens...

El dia de ayer fuimos a festejar el dia del padre, nos comentaron que tardaria un poco mas de lo normal la comida, aunque estaba llenisimo salio antes del tiempo que nos dieron y todo estuvo excelente, el taco de papada es una joya que tienen que probar, en ningun lugar en mexicali lo he visto servido. En mi grupo estaba una persona que no come muchas cosas por el tema de alergias y le prepararon una ensalada con un portobello asado que estaba deliciosa. A mis papas les gusto tanto que reservamos su area privada para un evento familiar proximo, Aunqeu se extraña la carreta, el comer en la banqueta y ordenar a traves del cerco de la casa donde iniciaron le dieron un giro para bien, es un lugar infravalorado ya que no esta en la zona dorada, pero para la gente de la zona dorada solo les dire que TIENEN QUE IR A PROBAR, no es por quemar pero la ultima vez que fui a la gran via; ya sabran donde, mis chilaquiles estaban super enchilosos y no se diga frios.

Btw: en las tardes tienen los mejores hotdogs que...

Food was much better when the other place. They cut out the hot dogs and put pork belly tacos and it's only like 4 pieces of meat in the taco, really small portion of meat. The potatoes are incredibly expensive for the amount they serve and everything is with an extra cost. They take way to long...
