Mr. Pampas Caballito — Restaurant in Baja California

My first experience here was okay but I wouldn’t go back. For the price I would go to another restaurant. Some of the food like the fettuccine was very cold, most of the dishes were not labeled and picking what to put on your plate was a guessing game, and most of the meat that came around did not make it to our table. We were sitting at the back of the restaurant and the meat would be gone within the first few tables and it left us wait for the next round. Unless you’re sitting towards the front, good luck getting a good pick of meat on a timely manner. The food in the buffet area was crowded, you had to stretch your way in and it is terrible if you are shorter and your arm can’t reach the food on the back. Just uncomfortable. Would...

The service is great, the staff was very kind and was making sure that we had everything we needed. They walk around with high quality meat and ask if you want a serving and then cut a portion for you, the food is very good and the the meat that they serve you is grade A like filet mignon and pork. Realmente algo inesperado...No se si vale la pena gastar mi tiempo haciendo este comentario, pero ahi va ....La muchacha de la recepcion bastante desatenta, poco amable al tratar a los clientes (quizas no sea con todos), luego la segunda muchacha que vino a darnos las indicaciones y reglas a seguir y/o proceder.......fue algo confuso. Yo pedi una cerveza y me preguntaron si queria que fuera clara o oscura....A lo que conteste oscura, por suepuesto recibi una clara. Pregunte por carne de cordero y no tenian, asi como tampoco mollejas. Pregunte por costillas de res y dijeron que tenian de res y puerco.....y que las traerian en unos minutos, pues saben que ??? Sali del restaurant sin probar esas dos carnes, por que nunca las trajeron. En algunas mesas sirvieron pinas, pero a mi mesa nunca llegaron , asi como algun corte de carne que vi pasar de reojo. Una de las personas que fue conmigo pregunto por tapioca a lo cual contestaron que ya lo pondrian en la barra....Tampoco sucedio. Sumado a todo esto, algo asi como a fuerzas una propina de no se cuanto se agregaba al total de la cuenta. Se que en algunos lugares cuando el grupo supera las 6 personas lo agregan automaticamente, en este caso los invitados fueron solo 4....... Ojala alguien, de la compania pueda leer esto y hacer algo al respecto........ Yo en lo personal no vuelvo a pisar un restaurant de esta cadena......Ohhh me olvidaba mencionar las ensaladas se veian viejas y resecas ( como que no eran muy frescas)......Y sumado a eso la cantidad de moscas que habia sobre las barras de comida.........Por ultimo la muchacha que vino a cobrar me explico como la propina era repartida entre los empleado. Por lo que yo le dije todo lo que habia sucedido, entonces ella dijo que quitaria la propina del cobro total..... Realmente una mala experiencia.......!!!! ...
