Poncho's Baja Fish — Restaurant in Baja California

The best ceviche anywhere (and I have been to a lot). I've been to Lima, Peru, the birthplace of ceviche, and I can tell you the Mexican version is better, and this place does it better than any other place I've ever been. Honestly, I only get the shrimp tacos with cheese (a rarity) and ceviche here, and I've literally taken hundreds of American people here, and they all rave about it. I've asked many locals, and they say this is one of the best fish taco places too.

No one I've taken here has expressed that they've gotten sick, which is a bit of a rarity for Mexican seafood places like this.
