Starbucks Plaza del Valle Mexicali DT — Restaurant in Baja California

The girl that served us was unbelievably kind and offered great service.

But the management, weird. Too greedy for a Spotify subscription of $5 per month? It was playing ads. And instead of fixing the speakers they had an Echo Dot playing music. In Starbucks? Crazy.

They added these ugly bright white bulbs which were really ugly and all of the bulbs didn’t match in color.

Also, too greedy to change the battery in the smoke detector which is insanely annoying to have it beep extremely loudly every 30 seconds disrupting conversations.

Furthermore the staff (not the girl though!) started cleaning 5 minutes after closing to passive aggressively indicate it’s time to leave. That’s bad service.

But hey, I guess the drinks were good, but I wouldn’t want to sit...

Slowest service ever...messy counter tops , 5 people working. ..one man in line, his order took ten minutes...? I got my capachino, the cup split...I asked nicely for serviettes...was told they are in the service area, I said there are none...explained my hot drink spilt...no staff person cared to help...I walked away and didn't get a drink...I don't ever recommend...

This place is a little more familiar with their drinks and menu.. they are willing to try to hear u out and assist u in finding the correct drink amidst the language barrier.. good customer service and an excellent cup of frappe!
