We really love oysters and wanted to try some on our trip in mexico for the first time. They were super cheap in comparison to other meals on the menu yet they were very weird, not even a tiny bit briney/salty. The chef showed us kindly that they were freshly opened, but the taste was unbearable for us unfortunately.
