Ein kleines feines Restaurant nahe der Stadt ESCÁRCEGA an der Straße Richtung CHETUMAL. Fast Übersieht man es schon, beim dahingleiten auf dieser Mexikanischen "Autostrada". Immerhin liegt es schon ein gutes Stück hinter der Stadt.

Sauber ordentlich, hell freundlich und auch hilfsbereites Personal. Neben allerlei gängigen Gerichten finden sich hier jedoch auch Spezialitäten wie Opuntien (Ohrenkaktus) auf den Tellern. Auch die Hausgemachte Limonade ist einen Schluck wert.

Insofern, kommen und genießen - besser...
