Really great and delicious fried chicken. The pieces are bigger than what we could find in other restaurant brands. The biscuits are delicious with a mixing flavor style between salty and honey topping, they are superb and they always give them to you freshly done. The corn has an unforgettable flavor, because whenever you go there, you want another one. They have chicken burgers which are delicious as well. The colesaw salad is great as well as the mashed potatos. Try the bombers (Jalapeño-cheese snacks) to detect their magic flavor. I love this restaurant and I think is the best option for chicken. We wanted to try fried chicken while staying in Cancun and did Uber eats on this place. The food was, to put it lightly, not good: (1) the tenders do not look at all compared to what is advertised; (2) the fries were mushy and cold, and not many were included although we ordered the family fries; and lastly (3) the wings tasted like sewer, goodness. Este lugar ofrece pollo con muy buen sabor y lo que me gusta es que las piezas son más grandes que en su competencia. Los costos son un poco elevados pero su producto es bueno, aquí el problema es el servicio. Cuando visitamos este lugar generalmente mi familia y yo pedimos la comida para llevar, y es increíble pero siempre nos falta algo de la orden o nos dan una cosa por otra. Realmente es una lástima esa clase de errores que comete su personal, tienen varios elementos para dar un buen servicio y no lo logran, es más hoy pagando mi pedido le comenté a la de la caja que la vez anterior olvidaron darnos una hamburguesa y aún así, ahora me dieron unas papas chicas por unas grandes, a parte todas apelmazadas y mal fritas. Esta clase de errores le restan clientes a la empresa ya que ahora con la pena tengo que sacar ahí mismo todas las piezas de mi pollo para contarlas porque hasta en eso luego no nos ponen las cantidades de pollo que pediste. Lo que si no recomiendo pero para nada son sus carísimas hamburguesas selectas, su sabor no tiene nada de espléndido y luego hasta crudas nos han tocado porque como le ponen la pechuga muy gruesa si sus empleados las cocinan rápido y no se fijan eh ahí...
