A great pastries and cake chain shop. Huayacan av branch is not the exception. Particularly suggest the brooch and the “pan de elote” of course the “tres leches” cake is really good. This bakery is not a cafeteria, therefore no table neither drinks...

Acudí el día de 6 de Enero a comprar 2 roscas grandes para la cena familiar. Eran las 9.20 pm. Y no nos quisieron atender. Alegando que "ya habían hecho el corte de caja" en ese momento llegó otro cliente y tampoco lo atendieron. Que mal por la chica que estaba en la caja ya que dejó a 2 clientes insatisfechos y al menos hizo perder al dueño o dueña los 1280 pesos de las 2 roscas que no nos vendió más lo que iba a comprar el otro cliente. Y sólo por salir "puntuales" cuando todavía tenían roscas a la vista. Si la hora de cierre es 9.30 respetar los horarios y verificar que los empleados las respeten. Curiosamente es la segunda vez que tengo que publicar esta opinión, al parecer sólo las opiniones buenas (que solo son 3)...
