We went there with our 4 year old kid. They respect you based on how much you spend. We were just 3 of us. The waiters, 4 of them were paying attention to the table next to us with about 15 persons. They never bothered to take our order after 20 mins. My daughter was asking "can we get something to eat please?". We decided to leave after 25 mins to the wings shop nearby. They did not even let us choose our table. They just pointed to one outside where it was drizzling even though there were many tables...

I've only been here one day, but this has got to be the best restaurant in Palenque. Incredible food, good portions and reasonable prices. Not sure how a place this big exists, it has capacity for hundreds. It is huge and beautiful, great atmosphere and service. NOTE FOR TOURISTS: Google maps does not know how to get here, don't follow it, it goes to private property at a dead end. Turn where the Tecate sign is and go all the way to the end of the driveway-looking road. Very happy...

El día viernes 26 de julio de 2024 fui a comer a este restaurante. Cuando llegamos nadie nos recibió pensamos que quizás estaban muy ocupados por lo que decidimos buscar una mesa por nuestra cuenta. Tardaron en llevarnos la carta y había mucho calor ya que no cuentan con aire acondicionado. Dejamos pasar nuevamente ese detalle, después de 20 min se acercó un mesero y ordenamos. Nuevamente tardaron en llevarnos los alimentos y cuando llegó me llevaron el plato equivocado le comenté al mesero y fue a buscar el correcto. Cuando llegó mi vuelve a la vida llegó con una mosca flotando sobre ella y se la quité, seguí revisando mi comida ansiosa de degustar y después encontré un pelo, después otro y lo que me generó mucha molestia fue que mientras más metía la cuchara encontraba algo más y me encontré con UNA BOLA DE PELO... evidentemente esto fue lo que ya no soporté. De inmediato llamé al mesero quien me comentó que hablaría a su gerente. Y después de unos minutos regreso preguntando que si quería cambiar mi platillo que eligiera otro. Esperé y el gerente no llegó. Cuando íbamos a pagar me levante y fui a ver al dichoso gerente y me dijeron que no había gerente, ni chef o algún encargado. Que solo trabajaban personal en general. Que terrible que exista este tipo se lugares y ese tipo de personas.... no fue una experiencia grata lo comentó para que consideren antes de ir a ese lugar. Nadie es responsable. Nadie se disculpó y mi experiencia...
