I chose to change my Angus score to 2 stars. Because it was a deception to me. This day was a special day for me because I wanted to celebrate the Mother's Day with my special persons in my life and I chose the best restaurant in the city for this special occasion. To start They took a long time to carry out my order more of 20 minutes. too much time to serve my order approx 50 minutes Orders arrived incomplete. Some food never arrived *Food without any flavor, and some food with a disgusted taste. *For a simple glass of water was need to go to talk with one of the supervisors because my patience was lost. The waiters was rude and unkind To end. My bill was delayed 30 minutes to arrive. It was a deception for me, because it supposes will be a day important to my mother and family and your restaurant turned our morning in the worse Mother's Day morning.

In another situation I might give a second chance, but was not this moment, so I never go to eat again...

The place is very nice. The food is ordinary, you would expect a lot more than ordinary for their prices. I suppose the morning buffet is a lot better, they had a lot of people. I cannot rated because I have not tried their buffet. But the service is terrible, we waited for over half an hour. No other patrons were waiting. We waited due to the fact that we had reservations and we actually expecting their menu to be great. But, they did not have what was on their menu. So most of the party order tampiquena and salmon. The Worst was the host. We asked to have a table since most of the were empty, she said OK. But nothing happen. We take to the manager and we finally got a table. After 1:00 pm there was only two parties at the restaurant. Do expect great service from the young valet...

Very bad breakfast buffet service this morning May 14th, I took my wife, dauther and mother in law and sisters in law, the service was bad, the coffe was cold and thinned down with water, we asked for "huevos" and never served, the waiter told us that it was not his fault, that it was the kitchen having a slow day, we asked for tap water and they took until the end to bring it. The buffet was cold, we asked for barbacoa tacos and they never showed up, very poor service. I understand we had a pandemia 3 years ago but this can not be the excuse anymore, the owner needs to wake up and realize that this prestigious restaurant is no longer what...
