Applebee's — Restaurant in Chihuahua

If your from America steer clear .. there is no word for customer service in spainsh or spainglish especially in Juarez. . These 16 year olds think you owe them money or something. . The hostess asked me to take a servey of my experience when i asked her if she remembered seating me she got upset .. i sat myself. . Got tired of waiting for a waiter .. apparently in mexico a waiter is someone YOU wait on not the other way around and dont forget you owe them for this service they provide. . When the hostess saw me answering her survey in a negative way she took it away .. its mexico what do you expect. . If u see a female waiting tables in mexico run .. they think with one smile u should put them through college. . And these people wonder why their country is a joke hahahha .. good luck .. your best bet is find some place that only hires adults and males .. then you will probably get good service. . I'm writing this with great disappointment because this restaurant, which used to be a wonderful place for dinner, has gone dramatically downhill.

On our recent visit, the experience was terrible. The food was not just bad, my party and I became ill afterwards and strongly suspect food poisoning. The drinks were also poorly made and tasted off. To make matters worse, the service was incredibly inattentive throughout the night.

PÉSIMO SITIO, uno de los peores Applebee's que he visitado. Más de 6 minutos para que alguien se acercara a saludar y ofrecer la carta, y eso porque me puse de pie y dije " ¿Hay alguien aquí que pueda atenderme? Y sólo así una joven se acercó. Le solicité atentamente que redujeran el volumen del sonido de sus bocinas pues nos impedía conversar. Pasaron varios mi unos más, y le pedí a otra señorita lo mismo, y dijo: "Sí, claro. Bajaré el volumen". Nada sucedió.

9 minutos después de haberme sentado a la mesa, la primera joven no se había acercado a tomar nuestra orden. Llamè entonces a otra señorita más para solicitarle de nuevo mi petición y decirle que no me habían tomado la orden, que por favor llamara a la primera para que lo hiciera. Nada sucedió. A unos 13 o 14 minutos de mi llegada ni me tomaron la orden ni bajaron el excesivo volumen de las bocinas. ¿Cuántas mesas con comensales? Solamente 3, TRES, con 4 comensales en todo el restaurante. Así es Juárez, así es México. No, claro que no. Así es la ineptitud, falta de entretenimiento, desinterés, carencia total del servicio al cliente, y profunda mediocridad de las personas que "atendien" este peculiar...
