Valet service available, with sufficient staffing. The atmosphere is elegant with a modern touch. Air conditioning is sufficient to keep you cool without cooling the food too quickly. The quality of their kitchen is superb. Clean, open to view, well kept staff and with a head chef supervising. Dishes this visit: Rib Eye filet for two - medium to medium well, salmon, and lambchops well done. Guacamole with beef based Chicharon, cauliflower and mushrooms. The steak was cooked to term, it was a very tender cut without noticeable tough connective tissue, tendon or fat. Seasoning and charring of the edges was very well executed. Delicious. The salmon was crispy without being dry. Had a taste of seared butter that bites at the tongue on initial taste without the greasy texture, again with the outter edges being crisped to a golden brown. Lambchops were also very tender and seasoned well. Very flavorful although drier due to being well done. However that's my personal preference. The guacamole was ripe enough to loose the more bitter flavor and bring out the oily taste with just the right amount of salt and pepper alongside the garnish. The chicharron was a new experience and complimented the guacamole marvelously. Would go again just for that. Service is good, the waiter was very attentive. Did not rate a 5 because of the disorganized reception, although I would not hold it against them since the pandemic requires some adjusting. Definitely recommend, the experience is worth...

Only 4 stars because our quite evening suddenly was disturbed with a very loud soccer match being display on many screens. The restaurant did not look like a sports bar and the patrons did not seem to came to say the match. The service was a bit above average ,maybe the loud noise made it seem worse then it was. The Merlot recommend by our waitress was served little below the standard level but tasted excellent. The center cut ribeye tasted good, juicy and soft. The 800gr is big enough to share with the persons. The potato au gratin tasted very good, but one order had clearly not been in the oven enough to form it's tasty crust. A dessert we took the recommended Ferrero and it did not disappoint. If you like chocolatey and crunchy almond then this is a feast. Also, the portion is large enough to share. The prices are what you would expect in an upscale restaurant. I will come back to try their cocktails and other...

Food was awesome, the service throughout was pretty good too. There was only two things that really threw me off. The first was the wine recommendation, we explained what we like, and they brought out something that was bitter, not a wine, and did not add to the overall experience. So net negative there. The second issue i had was that we were with a pretty big party, over ten people in total. Most of those people, I had just met that day. I had made it a point to ask the waiter from the start to ensure we were put on our own ticket. Why, because we order a lot, I don't want our new acquaintances to have to deal with our tab. They brought out everything in one tab and the waiter offered to just manually provide a price for me. We did that instead. Overall, a weird experience at the end but really good food, maybe just have to go with a group you're okay paying all in yourself. Tbf the one tab, seems to be common...

We went to this place to celebrate Mother’s Day with my wife and kids. From the moment we walked in, we could tell it was a very fancy place. It was clean, and the decorations were unique. The waitstaff was attentive from the start. As soon as we finished a drink or dish, someone would promptly clear the table. Multiple servers were checking on our table and making sure everything was perfect—definitely a 5-star service. We ordered the Carnivore platter for four people, and let me tell you, we loved it. The meat was juicy, delicious, and so tender it felt like it melted in your mouth. We also had mac and cheese and French fries, which were both amazing. For dessert, we tried the chocolate and pistachio options, and they were both excellent. It’s a bit pricey, but the experience was truly unique—perfect for special occasions. We’re already planning to go back.

Impeccable fine dining. We made a reservation about a week in advance through WhatsApp. Arrived and sat us quickly. The restaurant is beautiful and implemented distancing. Service was 8/10 only because we sat waiting for drinks for quite a while. The food is phenomenal and on par with a luxury dining experience. Appetizers were the chicharrón with guacamole (incredible) and charred bone marrow which was very flavorful. Steak was cooked absolutely perfectly and the seasoning/flavor made the meat juicy and tender. Lobster was pretty good though a bit dry though the citrus butter was delicious. Wine and cocktails were perfect. Would definitely come back. It is expensive and on par with American fine dining price wise.
