El Burrito Crisóstomo — Restaurant in Chihuahua

During a recent trip to Juarez, we decided to check out Crisostomo Burritos. While our overall experience was just okay, I believe the timing of our visit played a significant role. We arrived at 3:30 PM, just half an hour before the restaurant closed at 4:00 PM. It felt like we caught the tail end of the day’s service and ended up with some leftovers.

Despite this, the tortillas were incredibly tasty, clearly made with care and skill. The rest of the ingredients, however, seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while, which might have affected their freshness and flavor. Additionally, several of the burritos they normally offer were unavailable because they had run out of ingredients. Ideally, the quality and freshness of a restaurant’s food should be consistent no matter what time you visit, and they should have all menu items available.

I genuinely believe that our experience might have been different if we had visited earlier in the day. The quality of the tortillas alone suggests that Crisostomo Burritos has the potential to offer a great meal. I’m definitely eager to give it another shot, perhaps around lunchtime, to experience the full range of their offerings at their best.

All things considered, I think Crisostomo Burritos could be a fantastic place to eat, and I’m looking forward to trying it again under better circumstances. It’s important that their burritos and ingredients are fresh regardless of the time of day and that they have all menu items available, and I’m hopeful for a better...

2025: todo mal con este negocio el pobre tipo que hace los burros solo contra el mundo para cuando llegó mi pedido el queso mas frio que miz patas en enero, las rucas de las tortillas con cara de ese no es mi jale, nadie con tapabocas la cajera comiendo encima de los baños marias y otra trabajadora chistosa acosandome con la mirada, la unica razon porque vengo es que es de los pocos lugares de burros donde puedes comer sentado y eso para un adulto mayor es de muchiisima ayuda. Los ventanales no tienen cortina como en otros para cubrirse del solaso 🤦🏿‍♂️
